3. Product Terms

• All products are genuine Hikvision items with valid warranties
• Products must be sold only to authorized buyers within the UAE
• Installation must comply with local security regulations
• Proper documentation must be maintained for all transactions

4. Warranty and Support

We provide warranty support in accordance with Hikvision's official warranty policies. All technical support and product servicing will be conducted through authorized channels only.

5. Legal Compliance

Distributors must comply with all UAE federal and local laws, including but not limited to:

• UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on Cybercrimes
• SIRA regulations for security equipment
• UAE Consumer Protection Laws
• Data protection and privacy regulations

6. Payment and Delivery

All transactions must be conducted through official channels with proper documentation. Payment terms and delivery schedules will be specified in individual purchase agreements.
